Level 164 rewards saving long blocks for the endgame. Rule: save 2-3 long blocks until the board is 70%+ full. Then drop them back-to-back on rows 3, 4, 5 → triple-clear at endgame. This saves the level when it's about to fail. Long blocks used early = wasted. Long blocks saved = level saver. Level 164 is specifically designed to test this discipline.
