Level 173 is a cascade-mastery level. Rule: chain 3+ merges per drop. Set up L-shape of 3 same-color blocks, drop a 4th of that color to trigger 3 merges. That's 3 cells reclaimed per drop. Do this 6+ times per level to keep the board at 55% empty. Cascade mastery is the #1 skill for 171-200. If you can't cascade, you can't beat Level 173.
