Level 176 requires bottom-2-rows flat. Rule: rows 1 AND 2 must both be flat and 80%+ full by drop 12. Clear both simultaneously when possible. If row 1 fills while row 2 is empty, you create a 1-row buffer that gets overwhelmed within 4 drops. Synchronized bottom fills are non-negotiable on Level 176.
