Level 399 is the penultimate challenge before 400 finale. Strategy: (1) perfect base drops 1-8, (2) 9+ cascades drops 9-20, (3) hammer at drop 22 if board hits 60%, (4) line-clear at drop 28, (5) save final booster for Level 400. Do NOT empty boosters here — save at least 1 for Level 400. Requires 2-3 boosters minimum.
