Level 73 introduces the cross (+) block — a rare shape that clears 2 lines simultaneously when placed at a row-column intersection. Place the cross block ONLY at intersections where both the row and the column are close to clearing. This triggers a double-clear with 1 drop. If you place it randomly, it's useless.
