Level 98 sends 8-10 large blocks back-to-back. Prepare flat surfaces 2 moves ahead using the queue. Every 3rd drop must be a large-block placement. Use 1 hammer if the board doesn't have a flat surface by drop 10. Level 98 is winnable with 1 hammer + patient play. Without a hammer, it's 40% winnable.
