Level 99 has 6 obstacles and a chaotic queue. Use obstacles as ANCHORS. Build blocks against obstacle edges — they create structure. Do NOT break obstacles (unless critical row) — you need them for structure. If a critical row is blocked by an obstacle, use 1 hammer on that specific cell.
